Read what active Launch27 users and cleaning company owners say about these popular call tracking tools.

Successful cleaning companies and small businesses usually rely on a suite of tools to manage the day-to-day. One such tool is call tracking. Call tracking software can help you stay on top of incoming calls and stay in touch with your customers. Good call tracking can be your key to never missing a lead.

We asked current Launch27 users for their honest opinions on four different call tracking tools. Their insight can help you decide which tool is right based on your desired features.

Here’s what they had to say about CallRail, DialPad, Grasshopper, and RingCentral.

CallRail

Based in Atlanta, CallRail was built by an entrepreneur looking for a better lead tracking tool. The company specializes in supporting small- and medium-sized businesses.

A favorite CallRail feature among Launch27 users is robust call forwarding. Users can set up multiple CallRail numbers and forward all of them to their cell phone or business phone. Launch27 users also like CallRail’s call recording, tracking, and reporting features. However, CallRail does not offer competitive pricing for those needing only one or two phone numbers. For some smaller Launch27 businesses, CallRail is not the most cost-effective option.

Pricing for CallRail

Pricing starts at $45 per month for five phone numbers. Higher tiers include more features, such as call transcripts.

DialPad

DialPad is a large communications company headquartered in California. The company has a global footprint and works with many big brands. DialPad is highly vocal and passionate about supporting nonprofits and minority-owned businesses.

Launch27 users like DialPad for its collaborative team, integration, and other attractive features. However, users have also reported that DialPad’s customer support can be mediocre.

Pricing for DialPad

Pricing starts at $15 per user per month. This rate includes AI-powered call transcription and a single local number. Higher tiers offer more features.

Grasshopper

Grasshopper is a cloud-based call tracking tool based in Boston. The company is part of a portfolio of communications businesses owned by a larger party.

Grasshopper is marketed toward smaller businesses and is popular among Launch27 users. If you have one or two people answering the phones, Grasshopper is a great option. People have reported the program is easy to set up and configure. Several Launch27 users have also complemented Grasshopper’s “text blast” feature.

The primary complaint against Grasshopper is the lack of a call recording feature. Plus, because the platform caters to small businesses, it’s not always the best choice for a larger or fast-growing company. Grasshopper’s most robust tier only supports five phone numbers.

Pricing for Grasshopper

Pricing starts at $26 per month for just one user and phone number. The next tier, at $44 per month, supports up to three employees.

RingCentral

Like DialPad, RingCentral is headquartered in California and has offices worldwide, including Tokyo and London. RingCentral has branded itself as a “worldwide cloud communications tool” and offers a comprehensive portfolio of business communications features.

Many Launch27 users like the fact that RingCentral is extremely scalable. The program can grow with your cleaning company, so you don’t have to switch platforms as you get bigger. Another popular draw: RingCentral offers many attractive features.

However, not all Launch27 users have had a positive experience with RingCentral. Reviews of RingCentral’s customer support are incredibly mixed. Some people have reported no problems, while others have been so frustrated that they stopped using RingCentral entirely.

Some Launch27 users have suggested that support quality may depend heavily on your geographical area.

Pricing for RingCentral

Pricing starts at $19.99 per user per month. This price tier does not include any analytics. That feature is unlocked at $27.99 per user, per month.

As with most things in life, there’s no clear winner. Each call tracking tool has its perks and drawbacks, and the value of these qualities will differ for everyone.
