AGREEMENT for REVIEW OF FUTURE SOFTWARE RELEASES

This Agreement for Review of Future Software Releases (the “Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding contract between Launch27 Software LLC (“Launch27,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and you and governs your review of our software and services.  By accepting this Agreement, by clicking on the “I Accept” button below, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.  If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you must not accept this Agreement, and you may not review our software and services.

1. Launch27 wishes to have you review its intended future software and services releases as set forth in this Agreement; and
2.  You wish to review Launch27’s intended future software and services releases as set forth in this Agreement; and
3.  In consideration of the foregoing premises and the mutual covenants, promises, obligations and agreements contained herein, and other good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto, intending to be bound, agree as follows:

You acknowledge and agree that any and all feedback provided by you directly or otherwise will be provided at no cost to Launch27 and shall be the sole and exclusive property of Launch27, and you hereby irrevocably assign to Launch27 and agree to irrevocably assign to Launch27 all of your right, title, and interest in and to all feedback, including without limitation all worldwide patent rights, copyright rights, trade secret rights, and other proprietary or intellectual property rights therein. At our request and expense, you will execute documents and take such further acts as we may reasonably request to assist Launch27 to acquire, perfect, and maintain its intellectual property rights and other legal protections for the feedback.
